1. Seller and Merchant of Record
These terms apply to all digital products offered on 4h-investor.com by Hendrik Oeser ("we"). Orders are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe, through its Link service, is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, sales tax/VAT, invoicing and payment-related customer support. The Merchant of Record's customer terms apply to the purchase itself.
2. Products
We sell digital educational products (PDF documents and, later, online course content). Products are delivered immediately after payment by email and via a personal library link. The products explain how to set up, build and operate software tools for trading research and automation (including AI coding tools, servers and trading platforms). They do not contain trading signals, trade recommendations, ready-made strategies or personalised investment advice.
3. License
You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the products for your own purposes. Sharing, reselling or publishing the content or your access link is not permitted.
4. No financial advice, no guarantee of results
All content is for general information and education only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. We make no promise of profits, income, or a passed prop firm challenge. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, for any system you build, for supervising it, and for complying with the rules of your broker or prop firm. See our Risk Disclaimer.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for trading losses resulting from the use of our content.
7. Governing law
German law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
